°ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ Women’s Wrestling Featured on WABC-TV in New York

JERSEY CITY, N.J. | For the second time in five weeks, (°ÅÀÖÊÓÆµ)’s trailblazing women’s wrestling program has been profiled on television in New York City. On March 3, 2021, the Gothic Knights were featured on WABC-TV Eyewitness News/ABC-7 in New York as part of its Women’s History Month coverage.

The Gothic Knights — the first collegiate women’s wrestling program in the history of the state of New Jersey and the tri-state area — were featured by Crystal Cranmore, WABC-TV New York’s Race & Culture reporter. Interviewed for the story were head coach and former World Champion and two-time United States Olympian , first-year captain and former New Jersey state champion Sandra Guerrero, first-year national qualifier and , Associate Athletics Director for Student Development.
